For 72andSunny's Christmas greeting, we created an interactive application sent to all their friends and business partners. The app featured a virtual Christmas tree that users had to nurture and grow. If the tree survived, users could submit their name back to 72andSunny, who would then make a donation to TreePeople, an organization in Los Angeles dedicated to planting trees in burn areas.
The campaign was designed to promote Callaway’s new Tour i and ix golf balls. These balls are "good balls" that perform exactly as you instruct. My concept centered around a widget that could deliver the latest golf news, track your handicap, and more — embodying the idea of being reliable and doing what you ask. The widget was available for download on the Callaway website.
